Dear Class of 2018

Dear ladies, gentlemen, students, staff, and class of 2018. Today is the day that we graduate 8th grade. It felt like only a few days ago that I was walking into Hynes for my first day of kindergarten. In 2nd grade I remember sitting in this very Auditorium watching my brother graduate. It was so crazy to think that l myself will be up on this stage graduating 8th grade. But now that I am graduating I'm really nervous.  I don't know how it will feel being in such a big school with so many people because at Golf everyone knows each other. If you need help with something you know who to go to. Someone is always there to answer your questions. I have learned so much in my years at Golf and Hynes. I have formed so many memories. In 2nd grade going on our around the town field trip meeting the mayor and eating lunch at Kappy's was cool because to an 8 year-old meeting the mayor was like meeting someone famous.
